HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST & HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Our shipping rates are dependent on which product is purchased and the quantity purchased. Your Maccasports representative will inform you of the shipping rates and times when you enquire about a product.

WHAT TO DO IF I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM

In the unlikely event that you would like to request a refund, contact an Maccasports representative as early as possible. In order to receive a refund, items must be in their original packaging, unopened, undamaged and unused.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR AMEND AN ORDER?

If you wish to cancel your order or change the delivery address, you should contact us immediately, and we will strive to retrieve the order before it is despatched. We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible in order to provide the best service possible. As a consequence of this, we cannot always guarantee on retrieving your order even if you notify us on the same day. If this occurs, contact our customer services team on the Contact Us page, or emailinfo@www.maccasports.co.uk.

WHAT IS SUBLIMATION?

Is a print which employs a process that uses heat to transfer dye onto materials fabric.

DO REVERSIBLE KITS HAVE TO BE THE SAME STYLE OR DESIGN?

No, they are completely unique each side so they can be made to any colours or designs.

CAN WE HAVE SAMPLES?

Unfortunately we do not send out samples due to the high volume request which makes it impractical.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE GOODS?

We are generally on a 4/5 week turnaround from when kits are confirmed and ordered, however this may increase to 5/6 weeks at peak times.

Production of custom kits can take 2-4 weeks or longer depending on requirements. Once items are completed they will be shipped to the customer straight away.

Returns & Refunds

(1) Upon receipt of the goods, the customer shall examine them for defects without undue delay.
(2) Written notification of any obvious defects shall be given without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Notification of hidden defects shall be given within 14 days of their discovery. Such notification of defects must be in writing and shall precisely specify the type and extent of the defect.
